Larry was always available for phone calls and was quick to answer emails. Sometime answers questions in a pinch of time even over weekends! He was ready and willing to help explain the process and assist with any questions along the way. He and his team are great people to have around when you are thinking of getting a loan when buying your house. The team was awesome throughout the whole process and was able to get us through the buying process quicker than originally planned for my buyers.
Our situation was unique being a transaction among family with no real estate agent or lawyers involved. The team really went above and beyond in aiding and guiding every step of the process, even answering questions at 8 or 9 pm at times. Could not have done it without them

Larry went above and beyond to help us with the mortgage loan process! He explained the process very thoroughly, always gave us status updates, and is extremely responsive to questions even during evening hours. We got a good rate that we were very happy with. This was our first home to buy. We had tried to use another lender and they wanted us to fax paperwork. Larry and his team provided a much more efficient way to submit paperwork. He also provided us with tons of information and was able to great us an EXCELLENT mortgage rate. Whenever there were issues, Larry and his team were able to efficiently work through them. He gave us a time frame, and he kept us on schedule. We closed on time and were able to move in with no issues.
